Hi! Here’s a little more about me….
I’m a keynote speaker and career coach. I'm a career transition strategist with 13 years of organizational development experience at Google, where I led large-scale culture change initiatives affecting thousands of employees. After successfully transitioning from corporate executive to entrepreneur, I developed the RECLAIM Framework™ that helps professionals and organizations build resilience that accelerates career growth rather than just recovery from setbacks.
Through my consulting practice, I've helped organizations improve retention by 25% and individual clients achieve their career goals 40% faster than traditional approaches. My work bridges the gap between individual professional development and organizational resilience, creating value for both employees and employers.
I bring a unique combination of large-scale corporate experience, successful entrepreneurship, and proven methodology to help organizations navigate the changing landscape of career development. My approach turns professional disruption into competitive advantage, whether for individuals facing transitions or companies building more resilient workforces.
My interdisciplinary background in Latin American Studies from Wellesley College provides me with cross-cultural competency that helps organizations connect with diverse professional communities while building universally applicable career development programs.

Her Era is a spin on my last name (Herrera), but it’s also a mission I’m on to elevate women and break down bias and barriers in the workplace. To make space for their voices and stories to shine through and create a new era, Her Era.
Through my content, I educate companies on how to create more equitable workplaces for women. I spread awareness on the challenges many women & moms still face in corporate America, and help empower women through my workshops & coaching content. I tell my own story of challenges I’ve faced as a Latina & a mom in the workplace, sharing tips and insights so you can overcome whatever barrier you may be facing.
